Booking terms and conditions
Information applying to bookings and stays at Es Turó de França.
1.Purpose and provider
These terms govern bookings for tourist accommodation at Es Turó de França through https://esturodefranca.com/. The provider is JCB INTERGESTION SL, tax ID B07821606, address C/ Perico Pomar 5, 07660 Cala D'Or, Mallorca-Spain, contact info@esturodefranca.com and +34 971 65 91 17.
2.Pre-contract information and process
The user must be at least 18. Select dates and occupancy, review the price breakdown, enter the required information, accept the terms and pay through the chosen gateway. Errors may be corrected before payment. The contract is stored electronically and confirmation is emailed. Spanish is the reference language, although the process is available in several languages.
3.Price, availability and payment
Prices are in euros and the applicable accommodation, supplement, cleaning, tourist tax or deposit items are shown before confirmation. Availability is not final until a valid payment notification is received. Visa or Mastercard payment is completed in REDSYS or Stripe’s secure systems; this website does not store full card details. A declined transaction does not confirm the booking.
4.Service
Dates, occupancy, times and features in the confirmation are the booking-specific terms. The customer must provide every guest’s data and comply with the house rules. Changes, cancellations, no-shows and force majeure are governed by the policy accepted with the booking.
5.Liability and complaints
JCB INTERGESTION SL is not liable for Internet or third-party failures outside its control, without prejudice to mandatory legal duties. Report issues promptly. Spanish law applies and consumers retain the courts and rights granted by consumer law.
8.Arrival and departure (Check-In/Check-Out)
Check-in is always from 16:00. From that time, the keys and house instructions are handed over in person. If you cannot arrive at that time, please notify us in advance to agree on another arrival time.
On the last day, check-out is no later than 10:00. Unless the property expressly authorises otherwise, please vacate the house by that time so that the cleaning team can prepare it for the next check-in, which is always from 16:00.
Please make sure the house is fully locked and leave the keys in the location indicated.
