Data is retained during the relationship and applicable statutory periods. Guest data is also subject to the retention period configured in the booking system. You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability at info@esturodefranca.com; proof of identity may be required. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
No solely automated decisions with legal effects are made. If a provider transfers data internationally, the safeguards required by law will apply.
