Cancellations and amendments
Information applying to bookings and stays at Es Turó de França.
1.Confirmation and payments
An initial 40% of the total is paid, with the balance due at least 30 days before check-in. Bookings made within that period are paid in full.
2.Changes
Requests must be sent in writing to info@esturodefranca.com, quoting the reference and private booking code/link. Changes are subject to availability and may be requested only within 15 days after the booking was created. A date change may be repriced at the current rate; if nights are removed, this cancellation policy applies to those nights.
3.Cancellations
Within 24 hours after making the booking: 100% of the amount paid is refunded. After 24 hours and until 30 days before check-in: 90% is refunded and 10% is retained as an administration fee. Less than 30 days before check-in: non-refundable. No-show or early departure: non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect only when the written request is received at info@esturodefranca.com.
4.Transfer
A booking cannot be transferred without the express written approval of JCB INTERGESTION SL; the new holder must accept the terms and any outstanding payment.
5.Force majeure
In exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, a date change subject to availability, a voucher, or a partial or full refund may be considered case by case, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
